I bought the 90 capsule bottle after reading alot of reviews about this stuff, and seeing it on Dr. Oz as being amazing and the side effects of controlling blood glucose. I am diabetic (Type 1) so I wanted to see if this stuff would help with my blood sugar control as well. IT DIDN'T DO A D**M THING!!! In fact, I might have GAINED about 5 lbs. I followed the instructions PRECISELY (they are simple) and NOT ONE change! Pure Health has NO money back guarantee either, which I think is lousy on top of all the hype they have on their site about how fantastic this cr*p is.... DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS.... use your money to put gas in your car instead...

why does it take so long to receive an order? Sometimes it's as long as 3 weeks. I may have to look for a better, more responsive supplier.

The product appears to be of good quality. Although I have only been using it for one week, I have noticed no side effects. The delivery process was a little long, 7 to 10 days.
