Hi Rebecca, I'm sorry you haven't seen weight loss on the Green Coffee Bean Extract! However, we suggest taking 800mg (2 capsules) before 2-3 meals each day. We suggest taking 2 capsules about 30 minutes before meals. We also suggest drinking 1/2 your body weight in fluid ounces each day. To calculate, just take your weight and divide it in half and that's how many fluid ounces of water to drink each day! I believe the Green Coffee Bean Extract is a great product and you may want to try it, taking 4 capsules each day.
