Hi Paul, Thank you for your review! Our normal dosage for the Green Coffee Bean Extract is 800mg (2 capsules) 2-3 times per day to help with weight loss. We suggest taking 2 capsules about 30 minutes before your largest meals of the day (usually lunch and dinner) with a large glass of water.
