Hi Balva, I was very sorry to read about your experience with Pure Health. First let me explain the delay with your package. It normally takes us about 14 business days to get your package to Canada. After the dr. Oz program about green coffee bean aired, we were backed up for about 9 business days. That delay on top of the normal 14 business days was what took us so long to get your package to you. I just checked on it and according to your USPS tracking number (LN337060080US) the package is still enroute to you. I am very sorry for the confusion and delay getting this item to you.I assure you that if you were to place another order with us, there would be no such delay. Again, I am very sorry about this.
