Early on (7 months ago) I had delivery issues with Pure health, however they not only made my order right they convinced me to stick with them. I am so glad I did! I have ordered the pure green coffee and the Raspberry keytones many times and am thrilled with the results. I am so happy that Pure Health offers these products without all the fillers other companies sell. Thanks for the quick delivery, and great products.

I ordered 09/09/12, my account was debited 09/20/12. I waited and waited and waited. Finally I sent them an email 10/12/2012 and rec'd a response 10/15/12 asking for additional information about my order. I supplied the information requested, and I was satisfied to hear my order would be sent immediately. I corresponded with Dorene. She was helpful and expressed her apologies. Slow start, but excellent customer service.

It took more than a week from the order date. Overall, I'm happy, the prices are ok comparing to Health Stores.

Really-- in a culture where, unfortunately, customer service isn't high on many companys' lists--Pure Health takes care of business!! I was the one who made a mistake with my purchase and they came to my aid and took care of me. You won't go wrong with these folks!!

I am not losing as fast as advertised, but am losing. Takes a lot to move "hard lard". That is what I call what I have because it has been there so long it has hardened! Love the no postage.

Love the fact that these are herbals and a good description of what they are and what they do. What is also so important is that they are in vegi caps.

I ordered Pure Green Coffee beans on September 10/12. I ordered two other orders two weeks later. I just received the later two orders but I still haven't received the first order. Now that it has Svetol, I was hoping I could get that in place of my original order since it hasn't been received by me yet. Would you please check into this and get back to me? Thanks

Hi Dawn, Thank you very much for your recent review of Pure Health. I am sorry to say that it takes us about 14 business days to get packages to Canada. And with the delay we were experiencing in September after the Dr. Oz show, that extended the ship time. I am very sorry about that, we never expected the episode. I did looking in our records to check on your order. What we show for you is 2 orders on 9/10/12 and those are the only orders for you recently. There are orders for you July and April. But I did not show any other orders around September for you. If this is incorrect, I would ask that you give us a call at 1888-3be-well and we can get to the bottom of this and sorted out. Thank you very much fof your purchase and review. Sincerly, Brent from Pure Health.
