Ok why would you spend $90 on some stinky black tar stuff that tastes really wonky? I kept asking myself this question. But there's something seriously magical about this stuff. What I know is that my body intelligence just says a stong and resounding, "YES." It happened the very first time I smelled and tasted this Shilajit. It was only after that that I started reading up on it's healing properties for body, mind, and heart. I've dabbled with it in the past but now I've started taking a consisten daily small dose. In just a few days, I've noticed decreased cravings for sugar and alcohol. Increased energy that is not speedy like caffeine but more refined, steady, finely tuned. More mental clarity and focus. Emotionally, I'm feeling open, more compassionate with myself and others, grounded. I admit that I'm a superfood connoisseur. I feel blessed to have access to truly high quality products and I'm super picky. So this isn't the only superfood I'm currently taking. Of course it's hard to know exactly what's contributing to feeling as amazing as I do but I can say, at the risk of sounding very woo-woo, that this PurBlack has a definite "frequency" that feels very good, right, and powerful in my system. So I'm going to keep listening to my body and sticking with it.
