I sincerely recommend purblack, because of how fast it worked and change in my energy levels. I don't feel as exhausted as I used to before. I like the fact that the resin is all natural is made of plants, which were fermenting in the Himalayan mountains for hundreds of years.

Feels very restorative to my body. The feeling is clean and natural. Way different than taking synthetic multivitamins. Better, natural feeling. My biggest benefit so far is the quality of sleep, the second is tranquility of the mind, third less hunger.

This is not my first time of using a Shilajit as i have tried a different brand previously which also produced results. However, after trying Purblack brand a couple of times, I fell in love with it. It feels very pure. The taste is warming and earthy. What improved dramatically is my energy levels and feeling of clarity.
