Daljit, Thank you for the awesome review!!!!!

Purblack Shilajit is amazing! I don't know why shilajit is more widely known. After three days of taking shilajit, I had increased alertness & a mood lift. After a month, my acne -- which I've had since the age of 9, had cleared up. My hormones had evened out -- making "monthly" less & less painful. Now it's been 3 months, & my body feels better than it has in a long, long time. My appetite has decreased, the inflammation & puffiness in my face has gone down, & muscle aches have lessened. I have Ulcerative Colitis. I started taking this because of the iron content & the benefits of Fulvic Acid on the gut. But what I got was so much more! I feel like this is the only "vitamin" that has ever nourished my body. I am so happy I found this!

Amazing excellent product. Solid poops after months of struggling, more energy, seems to be helping leaky gut and just cooling it in general. Love the container too. Tip: combine with marshmallow root right after to keep that gut moving!

After trying Purblack for a month, once a day in the morning after breakfast, we feel like we are more energized. We think it has strengthened our digestive and immune systems. Love the fact that it is all natural and replenishes all the nutrients that are lacking in our fruits and vegetables due to the poor quality soil they grow in nowadays!

This is a good way to take it. The best way is in the morning first thing on an empty stomach.

After two weeks of taking Shilajit I noticed I have more energy, and to my surprise my skin feels softer. also my sleep is longer, I usually wake up after five hours of sleep, but lately it’s goid seven hours. I will definitely continue using Shilajit to see how much my overall health improves.
