I’m never good at choosing the right type of supplement for my needs. My problem is generally low energy and fatigue. I work late hours and don’t have enough down time between shifts. Sometimes you just know when a product will work for you, and I had a great feeling about Pürblack shilajit resin. And of course I was right!! I suffer from insomnia and needed a way to stay awake during the day without drinking coffee. This replaces that caffeine without disturbing my circadian rhythm. Three cheers for Pürblack shilajit resin!!!

The shilajit resin I first used was nothing when in comparison to the value of the Pürblack resin. Hands down, this is the best shilajit resin I have ever used as part of my all-natural health regimen. What I really love is the way that this Pürblack shilajit resin is a super thick and viscose liquid. It is a lot easier to get a dose of this resin. The previous resin I had tried was a hard rock-like tar substance. It was super difficult to get a dose out of it without breaking off too much or not enough. The way the Pürblack shilajit liquid resin works, you can take just the right amount. By the way, as an added touch, the company sent me a free sample of the solid shilajit and a very nice prayer.
