Pürblack packaging was very nice. Shipping was fast. I have been using Pürblack shilajit for almost 2 weeks now. The taste really isn’t that bad. I also like that the batch & analysis numbers are printed on the container linking my jar to its personal data. So far I’ve noticed my blood pressure came down. I noticed the drop in blood pressure within the first day or 2. I have been on medication for a year and have a good day every now and then, it’s usually higher than it should even with medication. My blood pressure is consistently down and normal now (from 140/90’s to 110/70’s). I’ve also noticed my energy level seems better. Especially first thing in the morning, but energy is sustained throughout the day as well. I will continue using shilajit and look forward to discovering more of its many advantageous qualities.
