This product was recommended to me by Dr. Sunil Pai, and I've read the evidence, heard the podcast and am a believer. The product seems kind of weird initially - like what to do with a resin - but once you figure it out quickly, it's fine and I take it every day to enhance the potency of the supplements I already take and to improve my energy. You use such a small amount that it takes a long time to get through the whole jar even tho it looks small.

Have only been using Purblack for about 2 weeks so it’s a bit early to tell, but after having my nightly tea, I feel more relaxed yet also energized. The taste is interesting and takes a little getting used to. Less is more with the ‘dose’. Got a little too much on the scoop one day so just popped it in my tea, and ithe flavor intensity was over the top. Will be happpy to update this review, possibly to 5 stars once I’ve used it for a month or two.

I've looked into the purblack product several times and finally decided to try it. I'd read that it helps with tinnitus, which I am suffering from, and also that it can improve many conditions and help your body functions overall. I felt a definite improvement in my energy level and slept better. I believe in order to get the other benefits you need to take it consistently for a longer period of time than I have so far. I'm planning on continuing usage in order to see if I can experience these benefits and try to alleviate the tinnitus symptoms. I plan to update my review after I have taken the product for an extended amount of time and report any improvements in my health. I did find a great solution to a stuck lid, I put some hot water in a coffee mug and submerged the jar for five minutes. It was easy to open after that. My only reason for not giving five stars is that I haven't had enough time using the product to experience many of the effects that come with consistent use. I'll also update that as I see results.

I am quite healthy and eat very clean, its hard to notice a difference when I add something to my routine. I have noticed a bit more energy, and I am about 10 days in. I do think in looking back over the last week and how stressful work has been, that I held it together pretty well. SO maybe thats the PurBlack. ;) Update. I am not too sure If i feel any effects. 1 month post start.

So far, nothing to really complain about except the price. Will be a bit cheaper next time since I don't need to purchase the scale in subsequent purchases. I ordered the product and it came in a reasonable time.

Everything was great but I left the lid on rather loose and the product dried up...my fault. Any suggestions to soften it so I can use it again? Thank you.

Happy to report it helps with my Nocturnal leg cramps. I've skipped a few days recently and they came back , after not having any for over half a year taking this product.
