Placed an order in the evening and next morning realized I did not buy the product I thought I purchased. I called multiple times with numbers and got message that no one was available so I left multiple messages. I also sent several emails requesting the order to be cancelled only to keep receiving order updates finally ending with order has been shipped!! I created a dispute with Amex and I am awaiting feedback.

Trying to reach this company about a sale on Labor Day. I tried to purchase two items and they came up different prices for the same sweater but in a different color. called to ask about this and never heard form anyone. the next day I was going to purchase one sweater and the sale as gone. I tried to write to them and ask for the sale price because I tried to order it on Labor Day. NO ONE IS RESPONDING TO EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS. Guess you are not anxious for my business.

Pura cashmere is great! Great quality and I have many pieces. I wear them all the time. I do not know why someone would say they aren't refunding money because they are. I have bought and returned many items up until this week - no problems. I had one item that took a while to see a credit, so I contacted customer service and was refunded right away. In their defense, it was during December holidays and they were probably a little behind.

Do not order from this company - I ordered the classic boyfriend cardigan in grey. The sweater was pilling a lot so I wrote a review on their website. I decided to take the sweater to the dry cleaners and it came back in good condition - I wore it for an afternoon and it had horrible pilling so I wrote to customer service who was responsive but told me the problem was the dry cleaner (been a customer of the dry cleaner without problems for over 20 years). Also - the company deleted my honest review.

Stay away from this company , You will never get anyone on their support phone number nor will they call you back...You will be charged $15 for each return , You cannot return if tag was cut off EVEN if you only wore item a few minutes then changed your mind ...Customer service in email are cold with ZERO grace , you're better off buying cashmere at Macy's for half price when on sale ...Their everyday crew fits weird under arms and across chest ;the small is same as mens medium and the quality is cheap. I'm gonna return 2 of the sweaters and out $15 a piece and then I will be done with this scam company that dodges it's customers...BUYER BEWARE
