Pre-sale communication was excellent. Purchase was seamless. All pre-sale questions were answered promptly. Post sale communication was lacking, but other than that, I’d highly recommend PuppySpot.

In a previous post I stated that the puppy was delivered frequently scratching himself upon arrival. That is true. However, I stated that his scratching was due to 3 ticks immediately noticeable since he is all white. But they were not ticks they were 3 scabs apparently from scratches he had received before delivery. So, there were no ticks, they were scabs and the puppy was immediately taken to my vet for treatment. Thank you Puppy Spot

The complete experience was very helpful. A lot of useful information was received and greatly appreciated. Sebastian and Tom, the couriers were wonderful. They obviously enjoy transporting the puppies and seem to take wonderful care of them as Bailey was very comfortable when she arrived. Thank you for everything!

First off, I am happy to report that Puppy Spot was a great decision for my wife and I as we started our adventure to find a new Golden Retriever puppy. The experience was to perfect. I recently received the most perfect little puppy, Tuxedo, who obviously had loving care from the breeder. This little guy is full of love, affection and terribly smart!! The people at Puppyspot are everything you could hope for. The only thing I can possibly say is I so wish I could have talked to the breeder but now that I have this amazing little aussiedoodle, nothing would have changed. When I contacted Puppyspot I had courteous staff willing to answer all my questions. The delivery by Premier Pet Transport was top notch. I received a very happy puppy and there is nothing but the most precious new family member. I can't say enough good about the breeder, Puppyspot and Premier Pet Transport.

This was not a smooth experience. Customer service is unreliable and cannot answer simple questions. I had little to no information about my puppy. I was supposed to be the point of contact and each time my husband received correspondence even though I called repeatedly. I asked to speak to a supervisor many times and never received a call back. The only positive was the puppy transport company.
