I was very nervous when I first purchased my new puppy, however, I had questions and Heather reached out to me right away! She then reached out to the breeder and called me on Easter Sunday! I always received quick communication and delivery also went very smoothly!

Excellent breeder. Our new puppy is just awesome! The whole purchasing process was seamless and we had excellent communication throughout with the PuppySpot team. Delivery was well communicated and went smoothly too. Overall, a great outcome for garnering our new puppy family member.

Everything went smooth & very professional The only thing was the puppy didn’t smell very good couldn’t wait to get home to give her a bath. That has nothing to do with puppy spot but maybe keep an eye on the breeders

From the time I decided to adopt a pup, everyone on the PuppySpot team was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly - from my initial contact with Liz through the drop off at my front door.

This entire purchase has been the worst experience I have ever had when purchasing online. I have called customer service over 26 times during the process. And another 9 times since we went and picked up the puppy. There are so many issues that I simply can't explain them in one paragraph. I will say that the ONLY reason I gave 2 stars was because of the willingness of the employees to help. Unfortunately, I have a puppy that I have paid for who still has a parasite in her intestines, and have now had to put my other dogs on medication to treat them because they both came into contact with her. I paid $110 for AKC registration and to have her microchiped only to discover I have to pay more to actually register her and her microchip. I feel that not only have I been lied to, but swindled out of money I should have never been charged. (I have been issued a credit, only after I called and complained). What I have now is a sick puppy, 2 older dogs that have to also be medicated to prevent them from getting sick, and a bad experience with dealing with Puppyspot. I have been forwarded a claim form, but I have to get alot of supporting paperwork, and I still might not get reimbursed for the Vet bills I have already incurred due to someone not following standard protocol to treat her for an intestinal parasite. This puppy was treated 2 days and given a clean bill of health, when she obviously was not fully well. Standard treatment is 5 to 10 days. I know that I have insurance on the pup, but nothing is going to cover the $100+ I have had to spend on meds for my other dogs.

I enjoyed my experience in finding my puppy. Unfortunately the puppy I chose had a few problems and I was able to chose another puppy. Everyone at Puppyspot helped me find my new Puppy! I love her so much!
