My family's experience with Puppy Spot was great. The team is very supportive, and the process was very efficient. Being able to go to one place and see all the Dobermans available with the backgrounds of the parents etc., saved us a lot of time. Especially comforting to us was that genetic testing was performed. We were able to select the perfect puppy for our family without investing hours or days of time. I was very worried about the plane trip traumatizing the puppy (Rex) but Puppy Spot took good care of her and delivered her safely to our door. I would use Puppy Spot again.

Make sure you want all the terms of service when you agree to them. Puppyspot is inflexible to any changes on your end, such as meeting the dog at the airport instead of taking a puppy cab which could be 4 hours in the car. But they can change things on you. Also, we purchased a mini Australian Shepard puppy. After receiving her and taking a dna test, she was a poodle, Maltese, catahoula leopard dog. Zero Shepard. They did reimburse a portion of the fee, but I question how well they look into their breeders in the “Puppy Spot Promise” of no puppy mills.

The communication is terrible. The sales person was very high pressure. The information about the breeder was lacking in how the puppy was raised and interaction people and other animals. My puppy arrived and was covered in his poop. I had to immediately take him in the bathtub. I believe he was kept in a pen with concrete. He started going outside to do his business and would only go on the patio not in the yard. This puppy was to be a companion to my older Husky and he has no social skills with other dogs. I have taken him to friends with larger dogs and he is to aggressive to play with them. My own Husky try's to keep away from the puppy. I will never purchase a puppy this way again. I tried contacting PuppySpot and they provided no assistance or even responded.

From start to finish Puppy spot was Excellent!!! The whole process was smooth and worry free. Our beautiful Golden Retriever puppy was delivered Happy & healthy. She is such a wonderful addition to our family, she brings us so much joy & love! Thank you Puppy Spot!!!

Our experience was great. The travel options got a little muddled but I felt like I got enough feedback to accommodate the changes. Our puppy arrived healthy and happy and is doing great!

We received a very traumatized dog due to transport and who knows what kind of conditions before arriving. He was dirty, smelly and unkept. We were told the puppy would be flown to us, but was transported in a crowded van with lots of barking, unhappy dogs 2-3 in each cage. We were given very little information about the puppy. He had extreme diarrhea that had to be treated immediately for a large vet bill. Fortunately, our puppy has settled in and is doing well, except he still 'cries' when left alone, which we believe was due to the trauma. I would never buy another dog from this company or any other on-line again. I believe that this is just a glorified puppy mill.

Everything the Sales Rep on the Phone happened just like they said. The communication was excellent. They have also kept in touch inquiring about our puppy. The only criticism I have is they could have done a little better on the pick up area and where to wait to receive your puppy. In the end all went smooth and we couldn't be more pleased with the health and temporment of our Berner-Doodle (Greta)

I purchased my puppy online got a loan it was fast and easy when I got the puppy it was so perfect . I’m very happy with this company my dog is my best friend and if I get another I will consider this company again .
