Great up front experience. Great package that arrived after we picked up our puppy! The handoff meeting did not meet our expectations - nice enough lady, but didn't feel "professional" for the monies paid. Received puppy food with probiotics in a ziploc bag. Received puppy papers in a handwritten folder. It would be great if you could provide a better/standard handoff experience by training breeders how to do that part better. Branded folder with puppy papers? Branded container with puppy food? Leash given at handoff rather than in mailed box? Just some ideas.

From start to finish the communication is awesome. Answers all the question questions as the process progresses. And we have a fantastic puppy!

Our little guy had an eye and ear infection and also parasites when we got him to the vet right away and he is on meds now. We didn't get any info on the breeder until after we got him. When I did get the info there wasn't anything online about them at all that I found odd. Our little guy arrived by transport from Kansas to Florida and just didn't look anything like his puppy pic. He looked thin and weary so not sure how long he was on the road and how well he was fed and watered. I know they say they don't deal with puppy mills but... ??

We recently found out that our puppy is actually from a puppy mill. We love him and will give him an amazing home but your website is full of lies about how you find reputable breeders. I was able to google the breeders name and the information that was available to me was disgusting. How you can support is awful industry is beyond me.

Our puppy arrived with a fractured hind leg, the transporters gave us the wrong food, and NO ONE from Puppy Spot would return our calls or emails for 48 hours -- completely pathetic and unacceptable absence of customer service. In short, there is absolutely NO empathy or support from Puppy Spot staff. It's the equivalent of working with a dysfunctional department of motor vehicles. Kind of funny how when you're purchasing a puppy the overly aggressive sales people call you 10 times a day, texting and emailing incessantly -- because they are simply under pressure to "sell" their products, however when there's a problem you can't seem to find anyone to return a phone call or email. I wouldn't hire Puppy Spot to transport a bag of apples -- My vet was right when she told me "it's unfortunate organizations like this one exist at all." The only reason I gave Puppy Spot a one star rating is because zero stars was not an option.

Ultimately everything turned out exactly the way PuppySpot said it would. They said don’t worry if we don’t hear much for the first 10 days. Easier said than done when people told us that it could very well be a scam. So we worried a lot, especially when I was given a phone # to call if I had any question, and I did call and I no answer. On the tenth day I got an email given us all of the flight instruction and when and where to pick our little guy up. He is more than we could ever want. Thank you, we love him and couldn’t be a better fit.

Fantastic experience! We purchased a miniature longhaired Dachshund pup named "Aspen" and we could not be happier. The folks at PuppySpot were kind, professional, great communicators, and eased all of our fears, especially when it came to being trustworthy and a legitimate business. We traveled about 9 hours to pick up our new girl and it was worth every minute! We sincerely thank PuppySpot for making our experience a very memorable one. CHEERS!
