4.5 stars. The phone calls were too frequent. I work nights. They email and call with multiple updates, which is helpful, Though, most of the updates could have been done via text or email. If I missed the call they'd text and I could answer them through the text. I used another service 4 years ago, the name escapes me, but they were allegedly run by a veterinarian. They sent videos via email, most instructing you to "Hit the puppy on the nose when they bite!" My Lily is terrified of the car. I don't think she had a pleasant ride to MA from Ohio. But Georgia loves the car. The van service was great. The guys actually seemed to love the puppies. They didn't pull up with a van full of screaming puppies, like my first pup did. Puppy spot actually cares about the puppies. They ask multiple questions to make sure that you're able to care for the puppy. I appreciated that. They would never recommend capital punishment for puppies who are just naturally exploring their world. We actually received a phone call and a thank you card for adopting the puppy, signed by the whole family! We have a very happy, wagging pup. Georgia loves her big sister, Lily cub 🥰 they play all the time! Georgia was already crate trained when she came to us. She's so good in the crate, she stays safe and cant wander while we're sleeping. I would definitely recommend puppy spot if you can't adopt from a shelter.

Thank you for sharing your experience! We appreciate your feedback regarding communication preferences and are glad to hear the updates were helpful overall. It’s wonderful to know Georgia has settled in so well, loves her big sister Lily, and that you had a positive experience with our team and delivery service. Thank you for your recommendation, and we wish your family many happy years with both of your pups!
