Easy to work with and very timely in updates

It was wonderful experience to find our furry family member with Puppy Spot. They were very helpful and finding the right dog and answer all questions we had rewarding the breed.

I made the mistake of thinking this company was going to help make the confusing job of finding a puppy easier. This experience was much harder and extremely disappointing. I never got the same person on the phone and calls were rarely returned, when told they would be. Promises of how the puppy would be cared for were untrue. Follow up and follow through were both very poor. Bottom line: this company cares about making money and not helping customers. You have to pay in full before you find out much about the puppy. Also, you have to buy insurance to have any health guarantee (they have a partnership with a company or you can find one). Lastly, the breeder gets a small fraction of what you’re paying.

A very positive experience! I was a little nervous in the beginning as this was a new adventure for me. PuppySpot made the entire process from the initial request for information to the final pickup of my beautiful Kodi smooth and professional. All my questions were answered and I had lots of questions. Kodi is a sweet boy and loves to learn. He's been a wonderful addition to my life and he sure keeps me on my toes!

We love our labradoodle from PuppySpot. We were worried she would be traumatized from her long trip (Ohio to California), but she arrived happy and healthy. Her checkup at our local vet confirmed she was in good health, other than having some tummy troubles adjusting to new food. As other reviews mention, there was little communication from PuppySpot between purchase and receiving travel info. It made me a little nervous, but PuppySpot met their commitments and also appropriately managed expectations by telling me up front that it would be quiet in the 7-10 days after purchase. We received our travel details 9 days after purchased as promised. We just received flight and pickup info and were asked to confirm we received the details. The time happened to work out for us, but I do wonder if there would have been flexibility if it didn't work since we weren't asked our availability beforehand. PuppySpot connected us to the breeder, who was able to answer questions about our puppy's parents. Direct communication with the breeder and learning more about their commitment to raising healthy pups made us much more comfortable and confident with the whole process. All in all, we had a great experience with PuppySpot.

Selection is Great. Communication is poor There were a lot of puppies to choose from, which is wonderful. However, when I talked to them about delivery, I picked a week. They they rescheduled, which was okay. However, when I called to confirm a few days of the new date, they had rescheduled without telling me. It was going to be 2 months after I bought the puppy until there was a chance I would receive her. So, I ended up driving 16 hours to pick up the puppy because they refused to guarantee delivery. Also, the process is extremely expensive, and the breeder never even put a collar on the dog so at 5 months she struggled.

The process was very easy and everyone we talked with were helpful and friendly. Our puppy is so sweet and easygoing! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect puppy. We tell everyone about Puppy spot.
