Great customer service, puppies arrived as scheduled and in good condition.

Representative thoroughly answered my questions and addressed my concerns regarding selection, process, travel and delivery. There was a mix up with the first puppy I chose but the rep explained and helped me select a different puppy. The emails I received explained the travel process, and I was able to use the airline web site to understand more about how they transport animals. I also used the website to track the flight. I was a bit concerned in the beginning of the process due to the mix up with my initial puppy selection, but we worked through everything, the experience was smooth and I had all the tools needed to get information and prepare for my puppy. We just purchased our 2nd puppy from Puppyspot.com. He is an adorable Ruby male Cavalier King Charles Spaniel from Puppyspt.com. This is the second puppy that we purchased from you. The first one is an adorable and beautiful Golden Retriever, who is now 5 years old. My wife and I are delighted with both pets from Pyppyspot.com. Beautiful, adorable, purebred dogs. We think that you guys are awesome!!!! Excellent Customer service, you kept us informed the during the whole process and the puppies are so beautiful and healthy. We just picked up the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel yesterday at the American Airlines Cargo area in Orlando Int'l Airport. I can't say enough good things about puppyspot.com. Our new puppy is as happy as can be and he ls 9 weeks old and looks like an adorable little stuffed animal and happy and full of energy. You could tell that he is grateful and happy in his new home. I would recommend anyone considering purchasing a puppy to do so through puppyspot.com. You guys are the BEST!!!!. In a scale of 5 stars. I would give you guys a 6th star. Ha ha. You are the best.

The communication and response time with PuppySpot team was very reassuring as we were anticipating the arrival of our puppy, which took about ten days of step-by-step communications by email until we received confirmation to pick up our loving puppy.
