My experience was and is awesome! I am so in love with my puppy and have to say a huge thank you to everyone who has helped me make this happen! From the beginning to the delivery, all was great! Than all y’all at PuppySpot! Special thanks to my delivery guys!

With my little dog passed away this past December, I started looking for another pet. I tried looking on my own and all the different Havanese websites. I try to get a rescue but could never find what I wanted through there. So then I saw puppy spot and I went out there and I kept looking and looking over the next four or five months. And then all one day I went out there and look I saw this little guy right here that I got adopted and I couldn't be more pleased. Puffy spot was was really good they was up front they was honest I trusted them. And they delivered my little man this past Friday the 11th of July 10th of July and I love him to death already. I would recommend anyone that wanted to find a pet and didn't want to get spam or scammed or whatever to go through puppyspot.

The only problem I had was when I bought the puppy I specified I was unavailable the week of June 13th to June 20th. They assured me that would back out those dates. That did not happen and I had to wait three more weeks to get the puppy. Puppyspot reached out to me and was very sorry about the miscommunication. I would use them again, just would make sure I get written confirmation about exceptions.

It was quick and with no hiccups. Service was good. I did think that the starter kit was not worth the money.

Lots of great communications about our puppy, but also good information for people who have never had a dog before. The delivery people were also wonderful. They let us know their progress along the way and brought us a happy, excited puppy! Thank you all so much.

My dog went to Florida instead of Massachusetts. I have 2 addresses and made it clear which address to deliver to,.someone didn't pay attention and this mishap occurred. I purchased the dog June 16 and will not recieve her until July 16. This is poor managing. No one will call me back only email was returned. What has happened to common courtesy and apologies.

The experience was wonderful. They were very informative. Their reputation proceeds them. I got a healthy beautiful little puppy, and they walked me through it until she arrived.

From the moment I found my little sweet puppy too. She was in my hands. I thought PuppySpot did a wonderful job in communication and making sure that she made it to Me safe and sound.
