5 SOLID GOLD STARS! I am more than delighted with my experience with PuppySpot. From the most pleasant initial interview to the transaction, to the most competent and congenial delivery, to purchasing health insurance, I am now living with, training, and nurturing my dream puppy, PuppySpot took care of every single minute detail. It was as if someone were holding my hand constantly. 5 SOLID GOLD STARS!

Our little boy Kirby came home and was checked up to have no health issues, he also came right on time and even a little early and arrived with no issues. Our only main complaint was it being hard to reach them at times over the phone so we would have to call a number as if we are interested in another dog on the site just to get someone to answer. It also very much comes down to what breeder you end up with to get good communication as ours may have been 9 years trusted, but they never did update pics or even reach out once to check in on the pup. We even asked for updated pics at least 3 times and finally after a month and a half they shot us 2 pics to just shut us up it seemed. Seems like some breeders simply want to just get rid of puppies. So if you are someone with trust issues or high anxiety or simply just want to stay updated on your pup like us, you might be tested for a little while but I can assure you, at least for us, it was legit and all ended really well, we love our little guy!

Adopted an adorable 14 week old Maltese puppy from puppyspot. They took care of everything and made it so easy. She flew from Missouri on American Airlines and arrived safe and calm. Our puppy manager, Alan, was wonderful.

I don't feel they kept me up to date about Macy. I asked them over and over about her size. I didn't know who the breeder were so I couldn't call them. It just seemed they got my money and then didn't want anything to do with me.
