I had to change my puppy's arrival to a different city, and the arrangements were quickly made. Pup was delivered one week from original date! She arrived in perfect health and is the sweetest little girl.

While there were doubts early on.. Lot's of mis-communications and time passed so I thought it was a total scam... But... Then.. I got the best dog I could ever imagine from the breeder. Amazing transition, worked with me over 400 miles from Kansas to Austin.. Just great. Puppy is very respectful, kind, and a people pleaser. LOVE PUPPY SPOT!!!

We have used Puppy Spot in the past and had great results. Unfortunately this time was not a good experience. The puppy we bought was very sick when it arrived and it took me almost 3 months to get it healthy. It was so sick that the vet said we could consider it a rescue. When we contacted Puppy Spot to warn them about the breeder there seemed to be no concern on their part. I did a bit of research on the breeder since the name was on the shipping docs...it was a mill. The breeder has over 100 dogs and many bad reviews if you check the web. It is unfortunate that Puppy Spot has gone down this path; I will not use them again

The staff had up to date information. Everything I was told would happen did and in a smooth manor. The food / bed and treats arrived a day before my Charlie which was perfect for him.

They were very helpful throughout the whole process. They called and made sure what steps needed to happen before getting the puppy and what to do when getting the puppy home.
