I told the person that I worked with that I was purchasing the dog for a friend that didn’t have a credit card. I told him the friends name & to forward all emails & updates to her as well as myself & wife. I specifically told him that we needed all three of us authorized to pick up the dog at the airport. Unfortunately, this didn’t happen & the dog would not be released to my friend, who is the owner of the dog. I talked to the person on the phone at the airport & she asked me for my name & my wife’s name which were shown as the authorized persons. Fortunately, she released the dog. Other than this issue, I would have given a 5 star rating. The puppy was perfect.

Our puppy came covered in feces and sprayed with heavy perfume. On top of that, he came with a parasite that infected all my other dogs and had to dish out $600+ at the vet for medication

PuppySpot was great from the start, walking me thru the process. They sent out puppy pack right away. Kept me in the loop for travel plans and it can take a couple weeks before you get plans but they have drivers who deliver all over the country. My puppy came from Missouri and they drove him to Vegas where I live. They met me at location at the exact time give or take a few minutes. I highly recommend PuppySpot.

The first contact I had with Puppyspot was with Dave and he was very responsive and helpful. We didn’t have a lot of communication about travel arrangements after we purchased our puppy. When I called the help line they were not always in sync. We had shared our land line and cell numbers — and were very specific about each —- we had some communication issues when the travel pick up day arrived. Although I called customer service to try to get confirmation on the pick up arrangements, they just said that the travel company would reach out but we didn’t hear anything. As it turned out, we were on route to the pick up location and circled around the parking lot … and found the van by the license plate state. It was raining so they were not able to affix the magnetic signage to the outside of the van. They told us they repeatedly called the number supplied by Puppyspot which was our landline instead of cell phone. They actually said not to give our landline in future that other clients had the same issue. Otherwise customer service at Puppyspot tried their best to be helpful. In the end we have a super great puppy! I believe the breeder did a great job with our puppy. He is a very sweet nicely tempered little pup! Thank you all!

Everything PuppySpot promised, they delivered. From the initial purchase process, obtaining the insurance, making travel arrangements, to the final delivery of our little Cookie. They communicated with me throughout the entire process, answered all my questions, and delivered a happy, healthy puppy to me. I Googled PuppySpot and found many bad reviews saying they were a con and don't do business with them. But there were just as many positive reviews as well, probably more. I don't know who the bad reviewers were doing business with, but it sure wasn't the same PuppySpot I worked with. Their organization is well organized and well run all with the health of the puppies as their main priority. I am very happy with my new baby and I would not hesitate to purchase from PuppySpot again nor would I hesitate to recommend them to others. Thank you PuppySpot for giving me the opportunity to adopt my little Cookie.
