We had a great experience with Puppy Spot. I called in with questions about our puppy and the associate was professional and knowledgeable. After purchasing, we received numerous updates along the way. The breeder reached out prior to our meet up and they were early for pick up. We love our Charlie so much and he is a gorgeous little Golden.

We had the absolute BEST experience. Stormie answered ALL of our MANY questions when we were choosing our puppy. After purchasing her, Andrea was very helpful guiding us through "what happens next"! We were then contacted by Alli who was with the pet transport company with delivery information. The day before we got Navy (now Pebbles) the drivers, Dallas & Clay reached out to say that there were no delays. Yesterday we picked our beautiful Maltipoo! The whole process was professional, exciting and seamless. Thank you you much for a fabulous experience. We are SO in love!!

Our experience with Puppy Spot was wonderful! This is our second sweet baby pup and we couldn’t love her more 🥰! I highly recommend Puppy Spot, they love these pups. Placement in a safe loving nurturing forever home is the first and most important priority.

I'd like to hear directly, a live voice, a personal message. It's difficult waiting for a response regarding your puppy when you have to wait for text messages. Also a contact number for the person delivering the puppy. On pick-up day, I felt stranded. I made it to the location and he was no where. My phone wouldn't work because I was in Amish country and I had no reception. I went into the location and one of the ladies who works there let me use her phone to call PuppySpot. I had to call you several times and finally someone answered. I was disappointed and angry. I asked the staff there and finally someone knew the guy who had puppies. He lived behind the store. Finally, i got my puppy.

The employees that answer the phones and help people to find wonderful pups to adopt are polite and professional and very helpful Puppyspot management does not follow through does not return communication and does not have good mannerisms
