Puppy spot kept me informed every step of the way. When they dropped my little bundle of joy home I cried. My dog has been the best thing that’s happened to me.

Puppyspot was easy do deal with. They did what they said they would do. I think they need to get rid of the breeder and turn them if for animal abuse. I have had many dog in my life. The only time I have ever seen a dog cowl down when you put your hand out means they were hit or abused. Lilly is afraid to be touched and ducks down and lays on the ground every time you put you hand out.

Good communication and seamless pickup experience

Great job and always being available to answer any questions I had very promptly. My puppy is amazing, he seems to be already somewhat potty trained before he arrived. The delivery was amazing even though they had to cross several states the delivery drivers were kind and stayed in communication with me.

Everything went great. Despite a weather delay on my flight, the breeder waited for me, and the meet and greet went smoothly. Jetson "Jett" is settling into his new home perfectly.

This was the best experience getting a new puppy!!! I have previously only rescued my pups but I wanted a little one so decided to go through PuppySpot and it was seamless!!! She arrived on time and was a little bundle of joy, would absolutely recommend this to anyone who is looking to get a puppy! The delivery drivers were right on time and also super friendly

I found Puppyspot to be the most organized company I have worked with from the 1st inquiring phone call right thru delivery of my new family member. The care and willingness to help was incredible. I will recommend this company to me friends if they are looking for a new buddy.

Delivery service and staff were super informational during the process. Took approximately 10 days between finalizing my puppy purchase to actually receiving my puppy. We LOVE our puppy. Now, the rating is not 5 stars due to 3 things: 1. In the starter kit, a collar is not provided. As every dog is not the same size this is understandable, but one was not provided on the pup either during transport. Thankfully we’re experienced dog owners so we made due, but it’s concerning that there was not one provided during his 2 day travels. 2. Nothing of comfort was provided to our pup. As an “experienced” breeder, they should be providing something to help transition a puppy into their new home. A blanket with their home/litter scent, a familiar toy, etc. I understand that some may argue the cost of that alone, but this would ease the anxiety of a new home hours away from their litter. And let’s face it, we are already paying more than enough. 3. My breeder did not clean up my puppy before transport. There was fecal matter and dirt embedded in his fur all over him and there was not even wipes provided to the transporter. Again. We are experienced dog owners and so we made due, but the experience would have been better if those 3 things were taken care of, especially for the price we paid. We might consider using this site again in the future but would be hesitant to do so.
