I have very mixed reviews
I have very mixed reviews. I was very happy that I was able to have my puppy held for 2 weeks since I had a previous vacation planned. Communication was fair, I didn’t feel I was getting accurate feedback to my questions from the foster parent. Transfer went well. I took my puppy to my vet, only to find out I needed to have 2 vaccines started over due to a 2 month delay in her receiving a booster that should have been 3 weeks! Now I find out her stool sample reveals giardia on now must have meds for that!! Overall I love my pup and we make a great pair. Please ask lots of questions and get answers regarding your pup!

Thank you for sharing your experience. We're glad to hear the transfer went smoothly and that you and your puppy are a great match! However, we're sorry to learn about the issues with her vaccinations and the Giardia diagnosis. This is not the level of care we aim for, and we understand how frustrating it must have been. We always recommend asking as many questions as possible, and we appreciate your feedback on the importance of that. Our Puppy Care Specialists will be reaching out to you to discuss your puppy's health—we're here to help!

Wonderful experience
Wonderful experience! We met Dallas and Bo in Katy to pick up our new puppy! They communicated their schedule well and were a delight to visit with! After checking our ID’s they lovingly handled our new mini schnauzer and we couldn’t have been any happier!

Waiting for Bogey
The purchasing process was quite effortless and puppy spot has the process down to a science. At first I thought our puppy could ship at 8 weeks of age and no one would give me a valid reason as to why he couldn't ship being that we paid for him when he was 5 wks old. I think 3 weeks is plenty of time to arrange travel plans. We received our puppy today through Premier Pet Tranport and they are truly professionals. Joey and Roy showed up ahead of schedule and I could tell they care for the puppies they are transporting our puppy even gave Roy a good bye kiss. Overall it was a good experience even though we got him at 10 weeks instead of 8. We'll worth the wait. I would definitely use Premier pet transport and Puppy Spot
