Faultless interaction w PuppySpot
We were well informed in all aspects of of the choice & adoption of our darling miniature schnauzer puppy. She (we now call her Pepper) is seemingly healthy, very very sweet natured & just darling. We were met at yesterday’s delivery by 2 informative, charming men when picking up our puppy. Five star rating for the whole process. We Love our newest fur baby & very highly recommended Puppy Spot! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

our pup adored Chuck from the moment he brought her out until she was in the car with us. Both Ryan & Chuck did a wonderful job of getting her to us safely & securely, and they provided me with wonderful customer service on top of that!

The process was seamless from start to finish! We love our little Yorkie named Vinnie! He’s such a bundle of joy and is healthy as can be. Vinnie’s drivers Nathan T., and Clinton of Premier Pet Transport made sure he was healthy and comfortable during his trip and even got him there about 45 minutes early. We couldn’t be happier!

The good and the bad
We are very happy with our new puppy. We are also very happy with the transport team. We are not very happy with customer service or the breeder. On the 3 calls I had with customer service they said they would call me back and no one ever did nor did we get answers to the questions we asked. A couple examples; we asked for an update video (didn't happen), we asked for a current weight and they answered 10lb and he is only about 3.5 - 4.0 lb. We became very anxious when we didn't get answers. Their dog prices were very reasonable and the puppy is wonderful! We were required to purchase a health insurance plan to get a warranty. They also are constantly trying to get us to buy various products. They could have gotten a 5 star but for their customer service. We would recommend them with the caviout of customer care.

Transportation of Tabitha
I cannot overstate what a wonderful experience I had with Jesse Graber, who transported my new puppy to me in California. My puppy was healthy, happy, well fed and groomed. Jesse answered all my questions and gave me his number for any questions I might have. Thank you Jesse!
