This is the second time that I had the pleasure of interacting with Nathan B. and Gary and just like before, my second fur baby arrived save and sound using Premier Pet Transport. They are two of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet. I highly recommend using their services for your pet carrier.

This was such an amazing experience…
This was such an amazing experience from the day we ordered our new puppy online with PuppySpot, to the weeks coming up to picking up our little puppy, I loved how you kept us updated with text messages and I have to thank you so much for the excellent experience 💕We are so excited and happy right now to have our new member..I loved Premier Pet Transport and for Chuck and Ryan being so hospitable in driving our puppy safely to us, bathing him right on the spot and being so respectful and kind and so informative on details for our new puppy Lenny. We are so grateful to both of these companies.

The puppy is absolute perfection
The puppy is absolute perfection! We adore her! There was a glitch in delivering her to us, (she’d been re-routed to Chicago rather than St. Louis.) I waited for hours at the place I’d been instructed to wait and then had difficulty reaching ANYONE at PuppySpot as their business day had ended. Ultimately, I did, though and she was delivered to our door the following evening.

We're thrilled to hear you're absolutely smitten with your new puppy! It sounds like you had a bit of a scare with the delivery mix-up, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to wait and have difficulty reaching us. We're always striving to improve our communication and delivery processes to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
