We had a knock on the door and there stood Buck, the delivery driver from the PuppySpot service with Lulu. What a blessed moment for our family! Lisa with PuppySpot, provided us with all the answers to our concerns. She kept in touch with us to locate the right dog and was available to guide us through the journey to assure us about our concerns since this was our first time using PuppySpot. We are blessed. Every person I was in touch with very helpful and friendly

5 stars based on the puppy. She’s very well socialized and greated and played immediately after arriving. After purchase the amount of after sales for buying became nothing more than spam. This became over whelming buy buy buy. We did purchase the started box which should NOT be mandatory is way over priced. This, was over priced and only contained one nice blanket and one usable toy as we purchased a mini Dachshund. Hats off to the breeder who did an excellent job with this puppy that adjusted almost immediately and is in excellent health. Would we buy again yes from this breeder. As far as delivery it couldn’t have run any smother. Very good communication and kept us well informed. To top it off my sneaky wife got her for our 48th weddings anniversary thru our granddaughter under the bus to cover her tracks and keep it a secret.

Our dachshund puppy was delivered with excellence care and we couldn’t be happier. Great decision to go with Puppy spot.

Very amazing and helpful

The concierge was extremely helpful from first inquiry all the way through walking me through the whole process. They were also great at communicating with me on the status of my puppies health and how that would impact the delivery date

UPDATE: After initially leaving my review, I was contacted directly by the company regarding my experience. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explained that there had been a technical issue that contributed to the lack of communication, and assured me they are making adjustments to improve communication moving forward. I really appreciate that they reached out personally and made an effort to make things right. They also provided me with a partial refund for the inconvenience, which I was not expecting but definitely appreciated. Most importantly, our furry friend arrived safely and we absolutely love him! While the communication during the process could have been better, I’m very happy with how the company handled my concerns afterward. They acknowledged where things went wrong, took responsibility, and made an effort to correct the situation. That means a lot to me and completely changed how I feel about the overall experience. Thank you for taking my concerns seriously and making things right.

Our puppy experience was great. Good communication. We got our pup within 10 days of completing transaction and she was well cared for during transit.
