Chuck texted to say he was an hour early! When I went to pick up Jaxon from Chuck and Skyler, he was clean and brushed. His nervousness disappeared within minutes. I liked the fact that my ID was checked before giving me the puppy. Food was provided and I had water. It has been a wonderful experience considering my apprehension. Would recommend as a preferred transport for a puppy. Jaxon is home and after playing for an hour, he is fast asleep. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for Jaxon and myself!

Received the number to contact drivers which made meeting them very convenient. They let me know the time and location, very punctual, super friendly and professional, received all the paperwork, puppy food, etc.

One call to Puppy Spot and talking to them we knew right off we wanted Khloe. They are so knowledgeable and professional. Our Khloe was delivered 1st class by Nathan T. and Clinton, on time and on schedule. At home Khloe settled right in as if she belonged and she does. Thank you so much

Puppy Spot contacted me on any updates, shared options of insurance and other services to be aware of the things necessary upon receipt of Maddox. My drivers Dallas and Buck scheduled the pickup time and place to receive my new puppy. They met me at the exact time scheduled.

This review in particular is for Premier Pet Transport drivers Nathan B and Gary. From the moment they first reached out and laid out the plan for our Hazel, their communication was beyond what we had expected. We can't fib, we were surely a bit apprehensive about her drive down from Indiana. But that quickly passed with the timely updates, pick up location details, and getting to hold our puppy for the first time EARLIER than expected. Although she was a bit timid at first (lots of firsts – collar, leash, new mom and dad!), she instantly became a cuddle bug in the car and when we got home. Best part - she's a PRO in the car. We live an active lifestyle so being able to take our dog in the car is important to us. I'm confident that her first long ride prepared her for our frequent adventures. As long as she has her Carboney (car bone lol), she's all set and a happy camper. Thank you Nathan B and Gary for getting her safely to us! And for breaking her in so to speak on the fun of road travel. ;-) We'd recommend your services to any family or friend! <3

Great Experience with Puppyspot! In April 2024, we adopted Meg our Red Fox Labrador retriever from PuppySpot. Through the entire process, PuppySpot was quick to respond to questions and provided an excellent delivery experience. We used their Puppy Chaperone service who handed little Meg to us at the airport. Meg turned 10 months today and is a joy to have! Thank you PuppySpot!
