Great communication. Helpful people. Couldn’t be more please with my puppy. Delivery was on time with pleasant helpful attendants. My pup was as described and a joy to own. He is a healthy, beautiful, well adjusted little guy. A joy to own and train. Pet Spot is helpful during the whole process; before, during and after the sale and delivery. Very helpful after the sale with advice on feeding, training, insuring and owning a pet. Offering coupons for vet care, insurance and even food and training. I’m very pleased with PetSpot and would buy thru them again. Looking forward to many years with our new best friend!

Puppy spot was quick to respond with questions. Huge selection on breeds. Any time I had a question about a puppy, they answered it right away. They were even able to put a puppy on a two hour hold while we made arrangements for purchase. We love our new puppy and would definitely use puppy spot again in the future.

Customer Service was excellent. I was notified at each step of the process of getting my new puppy. I paid for the transportation. I was immediately called for transport. Millie was booked for transport; the wait was three weeks. She arrived and was clean and happy. Overall, great experience.
