Thank you for such a great experience from start to finish! My puppy (Dino) now Jeter is perfect. He is so sweet and handsome. Thank you it’s been such a positive adventure. I will definitely reccomend Puppy spot in the future!

This is the second dog I have gotten through Puppy Spot. The first one was seven years ago. Both times Puppy Spot has been amazing! It’s scary now to purchase things online, especially puppies, but you can trust Puppy Spot! My first dog is a very healthy German Shepherd, it’s been 7 years and she’s still in fantastic health. This time I got a Pomeranian and the experience was so streamlined and easy! I really can’t say enough good things about them. I will definitely be using them again and I recommend them highly!

Aside from the puppy being delivered with a giardia infection, the bigger issue at hand is the lack of disclosure when purchasing the puppy that it was going to be delivered with bilateral cryptorchid. The veterinarian agreed this is of no inconsequential nature. Both of these issues have been validated by my veterinarian in writing at the puppy’s first veterinarian wellness visit. Sadly, welcoming a puppy should have been a pleasant experience but has turned into a nightmare with the family already growing attached to the puppy. Again, the above issues should have been disclosed prior to delivery. Despite several emails and a handful of calls,I haven’t received an answer as to why these issues were not disclosed to me prior to purchase nor prior to delivery. I would appreciate prompt attention to this matter.

Do not go here, They end up taking forever to schedule your puppy to get home. Charge you for delivery but you still have to travel 1:30-2 hrs to pick up puppy. & is selective on which vaccines are given regardless of their own vaccine chart

appreciated how easy it was to find and adopt our dog, and we’re happy to have him as part of our family. However, I was very disappointed with the condition he was in when we picked him up. Scott (now Leo) was extremely smelly—so bad that we had to stop at PetSmart immediately to get him bathed. When purchasing a pet, I believe they should be clean and presentable upon arrival. There was no indication that he had received a bath prior to pick-up, and we also did not receive a rabies certificate. Additionally, and had to pay extra vet fees as he had early vaccines that were done back to back costing us an an additional $100 plus the bath we had to do which was $60 when we picked him up!

Puppy Spot helped me find the perfect puppy for us and stuck with me throughout the entire process. What a great experience. Would definitely recommend and use again.

We were a little hesitant will buying a puppy on-line and not directly being in contact with breeder. Puppy Spot reassured us everything would go well. I would say that if I did anything different, I would have asked for updated picture and any other breeder questions before I purchased her. All in all, process was easy, kept informed on insurance, puppy needs and travel, was worried about her having to travel such a long distance, but that went extremely well. Didn't want to right this until after veterinarian check up. Everything went well with check up, a couple of little issues, nothing major. We would recommend Puppy Spot to whom ever was looking for a Puppy.

We were e-mailed every day with updates answering any questions or concerns. Pickup was a breeze as we picked up River Blu from the cargo terminal. No airport traffic or fees to park there. Flight was on time and he was promptly brought to us. Smooth sailing no bumps in the road.
