I had some issues with our puppy and…
I had some issues with our puppy and the staff at the Puppy spot went above and beyond to help me. Not only were they genuinely concerned but escalated the issue to higher up management and frequently followed up. I am more than pleased with the support they have given me and my family. Also anytime I’ve called Puppy Spot a live person answers the phone and directs me immediately to the person handling my case. Thank you Will for your help with this you really went above and beyond.

Our puppy arrived safe and sound and cute as ever. We appreciated all the pupdates while we waited for our pup. Everyone was very helpful and informative especially Paul!

Excellent service
You can always contact someone and they answer timely. Any questions I’ve ever had. They answered them with satisfaction. They were always very professional, courteous, and helpful.
