PuppySpotReviews of puppyspot.com

I had a great experience, I traveled to a city and state that I’ve never been before, to pick up our newest member of our family, I was very impressed by how clean the town of Seymour Missouri was, a great city to visit, with friendly people. I will definitely be visiting Seymour again someday.

The driver was informative

Mostly good, just wished there was more communication with how my puppy was progressing. There was no communication once I committed to getting him other than the transportation company. The transportation company was great, no complaints at all. Communication needs to improve on what has been happening with the puppy, training, health and likes and dislikes. We absolutely love our new puppy!!

Puppy Spit was right there the whole step of the way. Very communicative, answered all my questions!

I sent a email.

Puppy arrived with a horrible weeping eye infection and more dangerously…..Parvo. Arrived on a Saturday and had to be rushed to doctor by Sunday night. Hoping to save the poor little guy and incurring thousands of dollars in medical fees and missed work. Little to no response from PuppySpot. Running in circles speaking to and updating the situation as I’m passed around from rep to rep. We don’t have the additional funds. Single mom taking care of my mother with dementia. We’d hoped to inject more love and joy into the household with what savings I had but now that is all gone due to fraud (the medical paperwork sent with the dog does not in any way match the dog we have) and being sent a very ill dog. This experience has been nothing but horrible and scarring from my poor son who now can’t tell if his new friend will survive. Shame on Premier Pet delivery for taking zero notice of his eye infection. His eye was swollen shut when they delivered him.

My puppy arrived late afternoon with fleas, which I luckily noticed the night I received him, requiring me to urgently give him a flea bath. While at my vet the following morning, they noticed he was also dehydrated (despite me giving him water that he was drinking) and appeared to have some gastro intestinal issues. The vet also questioned the legitimacy of the vaccines and whether or not he was actually or correctly dewormed because the vaccine form was filled out by the breeder on puppyspot letterhead (rather than a separately licensed vet) and the administered by initials matched the breeders initials. My puppy ended up requiring flea, deworming, anti nausea, and fluid treatments which cost me $300+ in less than 24 hours of receiving him. I’m also now disinfecting my entire house for fleas/eggs. I do love my beautiful sweet puppy despite the circumstances. Just can’t wait to hold him flea free. Update- puppyspot contacted me right away and covered the entire cost of my vet visit. Although stressful, they really showed they cared and wanted to help make things right.
