I purchased a beautiful puppy on July 1 and she was delivered to me on the 26 of July and she was in horrible condition! Totally matted and stunk terribly bad!! I had her professionally groomed on the 27 and upon her vet visit discovered she has a bad parasite! Now taking 5 different medications, I’m praying she gets well. Puppy Spot made it easy to purchase her but delivered me a puppy with inhumane condition!! The breeders obviously did not care for her and I would NEVER recommend this experience to anyone!!! It has been proven to be the worse experience I’ve ever had!!

Very helpful. Just wish there was able to be more conversations with breeder. It was back and forth type of answers. There is another site where it lists what the breeder was doing to train the puppy. Potty training pee wee pads or outside. getting puppy used to various household noises. You could also communicate with breeder. This site has great ratings also.

Overall, good communication. Relatively easy to get someone on the phone to answer questions. Helpful. It would be nice to have one contact person. Every time I called with questions I talked to someone new and had to start all over.
