Transport was excellent! I will recommend them to everyone that I know that needs à pet transported. Puppyspot needs considerable work on communication skills. They were cold and I felt like I wasn't going to be allowed to get my puppy unless I agreed not to give them a bad review. They had discovered a health problem. It was a very uncomfortable experience.

My spoiled puppy traveled first class in a Mercedes over 3000 miles to arrive at his new home. He's absolutely adorable and we bonded immediately. I had concerns regarding my cat. My cat is a 16 year old Maine Coon that's twice the size of my puppy. I've done lots of reading about introducing the two of them to each other. Why did I worry? More or less by accident, they met each other after 2 days, rubbed noses and are best friends ever since. Thanks so much PuppySpot for a wonderful experience all around!

SNOW WHITES RED CARPET RIDE We got our furry little friend when she was 8 weeks old and wanted her immediately. Puppyspot and the breeder said she had to be over 2lb to travel. We waited another 10 days with updates about our furry friend who we named “Ivey” full name Ivory snow a Snow White female Maltese. She is a spunky Diva LOL. The professional and experienced care that Puppy Spot provided far exceeded my expectations a seem less provision of care from breeder to front door. Thank you to all that were involved in getting our new family companion safely and healthy into our arms. Kudos!❤️🙏

It was a totally seamless and wonderful experience from start to finish. They kept me updated the entire time, sent helpful tips and I received the most wonderful puppy I could ever ask for. Thank you puppyspot!

Edited: Puppyspot contacted me about the delivery issues. I appreciate that they listened to my concerns and planned to take action to correct for future customers. The biggest issue I had was with delivery. We paid for delivery but were not told the puppy could be delivered in the middle of the night. Then the puppy arrived 2 hours later than provided to us. He was due at 1am and arrived at 3:15am. For working parents is this is not great.

This was the first time I bought a pet online. I absolutely adore my sweet little Morkie girl. She's quickly adapted to tile flooring, and her new sister and new brother. She's very playful, runs on 1,000% puppy power, and enjoys squeaky toys the most.

Our experience with Puppy Spot was great. They met and exceeded all our expectations. We even got our puppy a few hours early. The guys who delivered were friendly and communicated with us by text where they were and when we could expect them. We received our training kit and all other accessories days before our puppy arrived so we were fully prepared for receiving our new puppy. Our new puppy adjusted to his home quickly, and we were getting puppy kisses and cuddles within minutes of his arrival. A great experience all around.

It was really problem free. They take care of everything for you. We couldn’t be happier thank you all
