my puppy has been diagnosed with stage…
my puppy has been diagnosed with stage 4-5 heart murmur. I was told by puppy spot it was a stage 1. I’m very unhappy, as this murmur decreases my puppies life expectancy.

Puppy spot done a great job for us…
Puppy spot done a great job for us communicated to us well in any concerns we might have during the transaction of our new puppy Charlie is doing well and we have had him now for a week

Overall Experience
The whole experience was great! From ordering Tad to getting Tad delivered! Delivery was early which was great! Kids were and still are super excited! Great Job everyone!

I was updated every step of the way…
I was updated every step of the way from inquiring about our puppy all the way to delivery. Our sweet baby is home and perfect. Very great experience in bringing home a new member of the family. Thank you puppyspot!

The only area I could see for…
The only area I could see for improvement was more communication between the time we decided on our love bug and when he arrived. We didn’t receive any updates until he was a week away from being delivered. The transport team was excellent with sharing their schedule which was right on time.

Needed a bath
Everything went well. I even got my puppy earlier than expected. The team was very helpful and accommodating. But when my puppy arrived he was covered in pee and poop was all in his fur. He needed a bath immediately.
