PuppySpotReviews of puppyspot.com

We were able to find the breed that we wanted, from a reputable AKC breeder, and were thrilled. We now have a beautiful Cream English Golden Retriever, and it was a wonderful experience.... she was delivered into my arms, at my house, as promised. Thank you PuppySpot.com

PuppySpot was very impressive! They were professional and informative right from the first conversation with Gina. They want to make sure that your ready for a puppy, are choosing the right breed and can handle the responsibilities that come with pet ownership. I could clearly tell that making a sale was their last concern, pet first. I was impressed with the series of questions and concerns they asked, and the purchase process was fully explained in detail. Every detail from calls of preparedness, my questions of concern and information about my new puppy were addressed every time. They were also completely honest of any medical issues noted by the vet in advance and all vet visits and vaccinations were provided. They even kept excellent correspondence with Premier Pet Travel, always keeping me informed. The delivery to your front door option is fantastic. This is a professional and easy way to purchase a new family member. They've just about thought of every aspect to make your adoption process successful. Thanks for the five paws Star service!

Tom was very helpful, kind and encouraging during my decision process. I’m happy to say I decided to adopt my precious pomapoo and received her yesterday!! She’s a delight! The delivery service is great as well! Dallas and David were kind and even a little early! Thank you so so much!

They delivered right on time.

Great selection. Quality puppy coming from reputable breeders.

The delivery service they provided gave my dog respiratory infection aka kennel cough and three different type of parasites

It was so easy to find my fur baby on the app. Everyone I encountered was so helpful and provided continuous information. I receive the most precious little pup. The experience was so pleasant I plan on sharing this app with friends and family.

There were several large communication errors that affected the way our puppy was delivered. We didn’t get the white glove service or updated information about temperament that was requested.
