Puppy Spot was easy and informative on getting our puppy! Website was very easy to find our forever puppy and responsive when we had questions. Very professional company, I really appreciated all the email updates and information the website provided on adopting a puppy. When it was time to pick up our puppy it was very easy and the drivers kept in contact once in our area and delivered our puppy with care!

Excellent service - the customer service was very responsive to our queries. Very clear on next steps up including the door to door delivery of our new family member . Sometimes the communication was confusing but when we called it was clarified.

Excellent!
They were so wonderful and took us through the process step by step!!! The person who transported our puppy to us was wonderful, She ensured our puppy was safe, fed and comfortable all the way from Texas to Massachusetts. Puppy spot is still keeping in touch with us to help in our and our puppy's transition. Our puppy is beautiful, healthy and a sweetheart!
