This was absolutely one of the most frustrating experience I've ever had! Puppy Spot did not do what they claimed they would do and then wanted to charge me more money for their mistakes. I asked several times to have a manager contact me and I was never contacted by anyone.

I had an excellent experience with Puppyspot about 3 1/2 years ago, and that is why I came back. My only issue with Puppyspot has to do with the Transporter. I received the puppy in fine shape and on time. However, the Transporter never asked me for any identification, I received no paperwork whatsoever and I received absolutely no food for the puppy. She drove by herself and seemed to have a problem communicating in English.

We received our puppy on September 30, 2026, and were concerned about her condition upon arrival. Her coat was matted, she had an infection in her right ear, and she was underweight at just 1.7 pounds. She also refused to eat. These issues raised serious concerns about her health and the care she received before coming to us.
