I ordered a seat cover in early January, when I received the order confirmation it said that it wouldn't be ready for 2 weeks which they only disclosed after I paid. Had I known it was going to take that long, I wouldn't have ordered it. It's been several weeks now and they haven't updated my order. I tried emailing them, no response. I called their phone number at 604-424-6550 and it went straight to voicemail, telling me to send them an email. I went to the transaction in my credit card history and it linked me to some website called "Aunt Laurie's" instead of their actual website. It also said it was owned by a company called "Picture Source Somerset". All of it is incredibly suspicious - stay away. Huge scam.

100% scam. Do not order from them. Luckily have Chase with card purchase protection. Did a charge back to them. F em

Ordered around the same period as the other people complaining here. After sending multiple mails they send an answer i have to be patient and have trust in their company. But 2 weeks later still no update or tracking number. I feel like after a month of waiting i should at least have a track and trace by now.

I ordered their product on 12/17/23, just like the other reviewer, I received an email stating there was a 1-2 week wait time. They took the money $98 and I have sent four emails because there is not other way of contacting them. No response from any of the emails I sent.

ETA: It's December 30, the trip I needed this for has come and gone, and the order is still not here. IF this is a legit company, they need a business lesson in underpromising and overdelivering. I ordered a dog car seat cover from Puppy Place on Facebook for almost $100. Nothing was said about the order taking forever or being out of stock. I got an email stating there was a one to two week delay and to let them know if there was a problem. I told them I needed it Dec. 20 for a trip and they promised to prioritize it. It's Dec. 16 and still not here. I checked their "tracking" and it gives me no info except that the thing is coming from China, which was NOT disclosed. I contacted customer service and got an automated reply about not being able to guarantee it will arrive by Christmas. If I had any idea I would have ordered a different product a month ago. Scammers. Stay away!
