I thought this was too good to be true. THIS DOES NOT WORK! My dog just ignored it & peed on the floor! I dont get it!! Im so upset. I am a fool to have believed this fairytail.

Product did not do what was promised. Dog positively avoided the Puppy Pad, never peed on it at all. It was always a risk but it’s important to know that it didn’t work for every dog. The order does not let you buy the Pad without the subscription to the renewables (laundry detergent sheets etc.) However, the assertion that you can easily cancel the subscription is a lie. Parcels arrived quickly after initial order. Thousands of emails - order, subscription, delivery stages, how did we do. I’ve tried to contact them three times to cancel the subscription to the renewable components but they never respond. I have finally given up and had my credit card add them to the blocked list so they cannot take any more money. Really awful.

Small business knows how to get to the root of any issues you may incur! Subscribed to the regular delivery of the wash detergent sheets, yet my dog isn’t having to use the pads that often. I cancelled my subscription because I don’t need a stock pile of the sheets. Am very pleased to say that they, Puppypad , reached out to ask what they could do to keep me as a customer. Unfortunately, they could not accommodate my request to not ship as often (being a small company). So instead of paying out monthly for products I don’t need to use that often, I am willing to pay full price for the detergent sheets. The company has agreed to my arrangement and was genuinely concerned that perhaps there was something wrong with the Puppy pads, I had ordered. I reassured them that this is not the case. Love the pads! They do help! Just not needing all the detergent because they are doing the job they were created for. Small business, big hearted!

Fantastic response

Delivery took a minute but was worth it. Both dogs are using the pads. I’m pleased.

After I placed my order, I realized my mailing address was incorrect. I sent an email to puppypad with my correct address. I received several emails from Emma, keeping me informed, as she was able to update my address prior to shipping. Thank you so much for being so helpful and attentive to my problem. Great customer service!

The PuppyPad is great, although not every time efficient. However, I place the usual pee pad on top of it. Put the PuppyPad on a few corners.
