Good company, great products

Great product. No problem with ordering

I ordered 3 pads and received off to add 3 more for 1/2 the price. It would not let me. I contacted them and was told no problem they would get it added. They would ship it separate and protect the price. The 1st order was shipped direct from China dn took forever to come in. I received order number for 2nd order but no tracking number. I inquired about both and finally my 1st order was delivered. The 2nd order still no tracking number. I was told it was still coming and because of the problems I would receive a full refund for the 2nd order and still get it. I received the refund after contacting them several times but never received the 2nd order. After 4 emails I finally receive a reply saying I was refunded in full for the 2nd order and I will not receive it. I copied and sent them the email saying I would get the order and the refund because of all the other delays in shipping. I received a reply "You have one clean final answer. The 3 extra pads were refunded in full. Because it is fully refunded, it will not ship. That is why there is no tracking number and never will be one for that order. An earlier message telling you it was on its way was simply wrong, and I understand exactly why that felt like being misled." Not even an offer to send me the 3 additional pads for 1/2 the price that was originally offered. I used the 3 pads I received and they are nothing special. I have 3 old pads, and the quality is about the same as they are from a much less price. I was led to believe these were from a US company, but they are shipped direct from China and took almost 2 weeks to come in. The email I received shows the same name Emma on it must be a name used by all customer people or the same person that promised me is the same person that told me a was mis led.

No matter what time of day I contact the puppy pad team, I always receive a quick reply to emails. They are one of the most helpful companies and any requests or changes are acted on immediately and confirmed with you when done. I absolutely recommend this company.

My puppy was peeing)pooping all over the house. We were going through a bag & 1/2 every other day . Puppy Pads are great. I refuse to rate my baby all day when no one is home. One pad down and I guarantee you baby will go to the pads 2 do their business. I highly recommend Puppy Pads for za CC to CC
