PuppyPadReviews of puppypad.co

The ordering is simple and straightforward. They really work and it saves money. I was getting 2 boxes of disposable ones at around 50 every 3 weeks. Our corgi is long so I was using 2 XL pads multiple times a day.

Emma responded to my request almost instantly. I am very pleased with Puppy Pads.

I received a email stating my order for laundry sheets was on the way. At the current time, I do not need any extra. I emailed Emma from customer service back and told her I did not need any at that time and could she push back the delivery date to December 15. She immediately replied and said she could. A fast response from a company is so important to their customer and I must say that puppy pads customer service is the best I’ve seen. They are efficient polite and I know I will get an answer every time I send them an email.

When I adopted my eight year old chihuahua she had been locked in a garage for four months1 Thank God I could rescue her! However, she was not housetrained and peed on my carpets. It wasn't her fault as she was adjusting to a new environment. I ordered Puppy Pads and received my order along with the Stsin and Order Eliminator and Laundry Detergent Sheets. Within a week, Pippa figured out that she could do her business on the pad and be rewarded. I graually moved the pads outside and she got the hint immediate. We have been together now one month and she is completely house trained. I used the Stain Eliminator Spray and all is good. The laundry sheets worked very well and I would hang the pads to dry out. in the sun, as suggested. I am very pleased withe the Puppy Pads and plan to donate them with the remainder of the Spray and Detergent Pads to the shelter where I adopted Pippa.

Great service and direct contact with customer support. No worries, no hassle. Emma solved my problem within 1 hour of my sending of an email. Thanks Donnie

We have 2 pugs and they use them when we are away at work. We keep them out all the time they don't leak and they are really a great product. Easy cleanup just put it washer and dryer.

Products were great and received not long after ordering. I ordered way too many (great pricing) and no longer need them or the laundry sheets. Washed well and dried nicely.

The response time was immediate and my request to delay my order was taken care of quickly.
