This really works like it is advertised and I love it. My puppy never misses the pad and it absorbs everything. No ordors and so easy to wash up.

11/14/25 Puppy pad made my situation better. They refunded my money in full but i did have to go through the following situation first. The pads DO NOT WORK AND THE 90 day refund is a fake! order puppy pad because I live in Florida with a lake full of gators behind my house. My dog is house broken, but since we live in Florida I thought these would make her potty in the house especially at night. But she doesn’t go near it. After two weeks she had an infection with diarrhea and vomiting and again she did not go near the pad. She used the floor on the other side of the room. I contact puppy pads to get a refund because they have a 90 day money back policy. lol! I was first told to wait 3-4 weeks. Then I received an email stating I have to pay to send them back at my own expense and there is a 5% stocking fee. Then I was offered on 20% back. What happened to the 90 days? I ordered these in October and requested the refund in November 2025. Do not buy. Puppy pad is fake

Took over a month to receive six pack first of all I ordered three he said I received three free plus additional brochures. Then I received a notice that they were running behind and that they would send me two free when I got the pads. They were only six I never received the additional brochures nor the two free I never received watching instructions or any care instructions. I sent them an email and they have not responded. It’s been a week later, during the process of waiting for the pads to even come, I sent them emails and they sent me something in Spanish, which I I sent them an email saying that was not acceptable. I don’t speak English so overall I’m totally dissatisfied. I don’t understand their terrible customer service. I would like a total refund at this point for them to send me my money back. I don’t even know how to wash these things. They didn’t send me what I paid for. There’s no washing instructions. There’s no brochures they offered me and they didn’t even send me the two extra ones that they promised me when they said they were gonna be late and I had to respond yes to some text or email or something. This is just really poor business.

We have sent three emails regarding the puppy pads we ordered and have received no response. This level of communication is completely unacceptable. We ordered small pads but realized we needed medium size pads and have been trying to reach someone to correct this issue. The company was very responsive before we placed the order, but since receiving it, there has been zero follow-up or customer support. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had with a company in terms of customer service. I would never recommend purchasing from Puppy Pad Company. 11/22/2025: After leaving my review, the company reached out via phone. Daniel worked with me to fix the issue.and he went above and beyond to make things right. I appreciate the effort to correct the problem and I am updating my rating to reflect an improved experience. Thank you!

Update: it has now been 26 days, countless emails and no resolve. I was told they were going to “escalate” this to a manager over a week ago and still no response. This is THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced. If they would have cancelled when I first emailed on Nov 4th this wouldn’t have been an issue. They didn’t respond to that email until a week later and then claimed they already shipped it which was a lie. They shipped it on Nov 12. It’s a scam. The pads do not work as promised. I have tried for over a week to get a refund as they claim it's a 90 day risk free guarantee. IT IS NOT! They want you to pay for return shipping and they charge you a 5% restock fee. I can't get anyone to respond to my numerous emails. Customer service is a joke. Buyer beware. These are just expensive chuck pads. Don’t waste your money.

The product was not what I expected and so I contacted customer service. My query was acted upon immediately and I received a very quick rebate. Very helpful and friendly customer services

Do not under any circumstances order from this company.They have no phone number to contact them, and they are completely incapable of getting your order right when you do it through their email address.Even after ten or twelve emails with them, they still sent me the wrong stuff. Now they want me to pay a five percent restocking cost. Do yourself a favor and order from a company that will talk to you on the phone.Life is too short.It's easier to clean up your dog pee. I would like to update this review and say that after all is said and done, puppy pad has made things right by me. They have graciously offered me a discount on my order because of their error. My dog Fred loves laying on the pad and at first was not using it as much as we want but is really using it now love the easy clean up compare to the paper plastic pee pads from store
