I emailed this company to cancel my order shortly after I made the order. My new senior dog absolutely will not go inside. She has to have grass. All communication was done on email as they don’t provide a phone number. So when I canceled , they told me that my order hadn’t shipped and they put it on hold. I wrote back telling them to just cancel it. They assured me it was canceled and they would refund my money. 2 weeks later, after so many emails looking for my refund and them either not responding or replying with an automated email with a different name at the end, I opened a dispute with PayPal. The next day I received an email from puppypads stating that if I canceled the dispute, they could issue a full refund. I went to the PayPal app and found that if I canceled it, it couldn’t be reopened. So I didn’t and emailed them back that if they issued a refund, I would cancel the dispute. The next weeks I was hounded by them to cancel the dispute so they could issue a refund. All signed by a different name. Even this morning they tried again and I didn’t do it. This evening I got an email from puppypads stating that they did issue a full refund. I checked with PayPal and there it was. Later I got an email from PayPal stating that they found my dispute in my favor.

Customer Service is trained to diagnosis your issue; and they’re empowered to resolve it. That’s good management.

Product is as described - was delivered on time - and is great quality. I've had similar products and this one is easily my favorite. My 3-year old pup is good about keeping potty business outdoors, but we need a "porch and inside backup" for bad weather. So far so good. I do recommend this product - certainly for a small dog.

I love how they come just as I need them. The pads are thick and smell free. The dogs go right over as soon as I put them on the floor. We use them all winter and every rainy day. METidwell Columbus Ga.
