SCAM!!! I would like nothing better than a pad to attract my dog to pee where I want them too. But THIS site is a scam to sell you a subscription to laundry detergent and odor eliminating spray. I made a purchase for the buy 3, get 3 pads. Put in my credit card number. Was told that my 'free gifts" included laundry detergent and odor eliminating spray. When I hit "place order" I was redirected to a landing page asking me to accept the $40 per month subscription to the laundry sheets. There was NO option to decline the subscription. The only active button on the whole page was the button to accept the subscription. So I used the back button to go back to the order page and it went back to the home page. No 'account' menu. No 'chat' button. No 'recent orders'. And I didn't get an order confirmation email, even though I completed the order. But I guess, since I don't want the subscription, I didn't complete the scam. OH, but they DID charge my card for $149

When I reached out to this company with an issue. They responded within minutes, not days. The puppy pads are a great product and have placed 2 orders so far and will be purchasing more. I have shared your site with my friends and now I will also share my great experience with customer service with them.

I have had mine for 3 years and they are great I rotate 2 out daily and wash a set when I put down my clean ones. Still work great.

I have been ordering for years. My puppies have no issues using the pads and I love the convenience. I even travel with them and the dogs know exactly where I want them to go. I will be ordering again and again. Thank you for a superior product that actually works.

The product itself made the experience great. I was skeptical at first, but ordering was easy, shipping was quick, and everything arrived without any issues. Our puppy immediately understood where to go as soon as I put the pad down, which made potty training much easier. The pad also looks far better in the house than disposable pee pads. It is expensive upfront, but you are replacing weeks or months of flimsy disposable pads while your puppy is learning. The quality, convenience, and appearance made it worth the cost for us. The entire experience, from ordering and delivery to actually using the product, was smooth. We did not need customer service because there were no problems with the order, which is probably the best outcome. I only wish we had bought more from the beginning.

My two Shih Tzu puppies went to these pads from day one and ever since. They wash perfectly leaving no odor and have been great ro keep accidents away from other areas. Now I'm using them to potty train outside (I put one at the back door). Can't say enough good things about these!!! Worth every penny!
