ALL CAT LOVERS PLEASE READ THIS!!! 🐈‍⬛🐾 I have to be honest and tell you that I wasn’t sure how this product would be because….the puppy pads are for my cat! 🐈‍⬛ For over 5 years my cat has been peeing on my carpet every day 365 days a year for over 5 years! 😢 I have been cleaning every day for at least 30-45 minutes every day! AHHHH!!! 😩 My cat Gus Gus didn’t take to the pads right away….but he was getting close to the pads. Gus would always pee on anything that had rubber in it? 🤔 The bottom of the pads are full of little tiny rubber paw prints 🐾 all over it. So….I figured that I would try using the bottom of the pad to see if that might help encourage him along…. It was a small miracle he started peeing on it and I folded it over so it would spill on the top of the pad and Gus has been peeing on the puppy pads ever since!!! 🐾👍🏻🥰 The bottom of the pads are full of little tiny rubber paw prints 🐾 all over it making it hold better onto the floor/carpet so the dogs 🐶 don’t slide across the floor when using it. Not only are the pads a life saver but the customer service was very willing to help with any kind of issue that may arise! A winning product and great customer service is a win-win for everyone or as I like to call it a twofer!!! ☺️ I purchased the buy 3 get 3 free large pads so in case I should be away overnight, it gives him more room to pee on! 🐈‍⬛ 🐾 Also, when you are washing one….you can put one on the floor right away! 🥰 So this product is kitty tested and Gus Gus approved!!! 🐈‍⬛🐾

I ordered a second batch of puppy pads. I was unable to opt out of an included subscription for laundry detergent and spray. Immediately after placing my order I sent an email requesting cancellation of the subscription. Unfortunately the company policy seems to be to not accept this, but to send multiple emails harassing me, “buttttt whyyyyy??? Whyyy don’t you want these things you don’t want that we want to upsell you?” I thought the first time would be enough. 5 days after placing my order I get another email asking me to justify why I don’t want a recurring subscription of laundry detergent. I don’t want laundry detergent. I want puppy pads. This is getting ridiculous.

My experience with Puppy Pad has been great, their great deals has given me enough pads to last much longer and less expensive than papers. The company provides detergent sheets to wash the pads so as not to destroy the formoaens in the pads. Great pads!

Do not send the product unless the customer needs it.You keep sending me boxes of the detergent for the pads. I have 5 boxes and don,t need any for awhile.Your puppy pads really work and are great and my 3 Dashunds if they can,t get out they use them

My chihuahua peed on it right away. She peed near the edge. I was thrilled to check my flooring, and it was dry. Her pee did not spread to my floor. Thank you for such a great product! :)

please leave me alone and do not send any more product

Life changing!!! Saves my Schnoodle and me from the elements and critters.
