The product was great.

The pads work really well at keeping urine off the carpet. They wash up quickly and dry fast. They could be a bit grippier and my dogs did not immediately start using them. I would buy them again because my dogs would rip up the disposable plastic ones. Customer service was fantastic in helping me find the best solutions to help me make these work.

I've worked with Emma exclusively since purchasing my first Puppy Pad. What I find remarkable is that she gets back to me very quickly when I have a question or issue. I sometime wonder if she lives there because no matter the day of the week or time I leave the message, her response is always timely. I think she has to be a doggie owner herself. She is very kind and is a great ambassador of your company.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about PuppyPad and the people behind this company. I originally ordered their reusable pads for my senior dog, Alfie, and later added their laundry sheets for cleaning them. As Alfie is older, he isn’t making it onto the pads, so I found I wasn’t using the laundry sheets as often as expected. Without realizing it, I had signed up for a subscription. When I contacted PuppyPad, they responded immediately with kindness and understanding. They canceled the subscription and even refunded the unwanted order without hesitation. It’s rare to find a company that treats customers with such compassion and integrity. Their products are excellent, but their genuine care and exceptional customer service truly set them apart. They were kind, understanding, and a pleasure to deal with during a challenging time with my aging little companion. Thank you, PuppyPad, for not only making great products but for being such a caring company. You have earned a customer and my heartfelt recommendation. ❤️🐾
