We would like to clarify that PuppyPad is the original patented pheromone infused washable dog pad designed specifically to help encourage dogs to use the pads naturally. Unfortunately, there are imitation products being sold online, including on marketplaces like Amazon, that may appear visually similar but do not use the same patented design and technology. We also sincerely apologize for the frustration regarding the shipping and refund process. That is never the experience we want for our customers. We appreciate your patience while the refund was being resolved and are glad it was ultimately completed for you. We can completely understand why you felt overwhelmed in the beginning, so hearing how much PuppyPads helped during that transition truly means a lot to us. We absolutely loved reading how skeptical you initially were and then seeing your surprise when the puppies immediately began using the pads. Stories like yours are exactly why we do what we do.
